This Week’s Boxes

Both of our boxes this week include all the fresh ingredients to make our delicious couscous salad. A hearty salad bursting with flavours, quick and simple to make, you will just need to add oil and balsamic vinegar (we can include a small pot of balsamic enough for the recipe 50p) We use Little Doones balsamic vinegar in our recipes. This recipe works well with the original, ginger or chilli flavours. Little Doones is a small Scottish company who take great pride in only using fresh produce to flavour their balsamic, which comes from one of the oldest and longest established balsamic houses in the Modena region of Italy.

Gold of Modena – a luscious golden dressing made with white balsamic vinegar, the flavour is almost honeyed but still sharp and light. This dressing works beautifully with sweet or savoury dishes. Try drizzled over strawberries or kiwi fruit or use as an alternative to traditional balsamic vinegar in recipes. £5.75
