Balsamic Dressing – Raspberry

Blend sweet balsamic dressing with 25% pure crushed Scottish raspberries.  The result is this exquisite dressing full of deep, rich fruit flavours.

Perfect for duck or venison, and beautiful with soft cheeses.  A dash will give stews added depth, or why not drizzle over desserts

Is this the best raspberry based vinegar available? Little Doone are a Scottish based firm and are fortunate enough to have some of the best soft fruit in the world right on their doorstep.   The raspberries come straight from the farm in the Blairgowrie area, and they simply blend them and remove the seeds, then add 25% pure fruit puree to our Original dressing. Once again, no flavours, flavour enhancers, or anything artificial at all.

This is sure to be a  favourite with its big, full fruit flavours. The list of foods that work with this flavour is endless, but you must try it with brie, camembert, grilled goats cheese and feta. It’s also superb with rich meats and pates. A wee drop through a stew can add a lovely depth to the taste.
