Our Mixed Peppercorns are made up of allspice berries, black, green, white and pink peppercorns and are a great alternative to using just black ones. The pink ones add not just a splash of colour, but also a slightly sweeter taste which contrasts well with the fiery heat of black and the real peppery taste of white peppercorns while the allspice berries give a hint of warmth with subtle notes of cloves, nutmeg, star anise, fennel, and cinnamon
