Herb and spice cured and smoked belly pork – sliced  100g

Taste of the Lakes cure locally sourced belly pork in their own Taste of the Lakes recipe of herbs and spices – Garlic, Black Pepper, Juniper Berries, Nutmeg, Thyme and Bay Leaf. Then they gently smoke the pancetta over oak chippings for a full even flavour. Pancetta Slices come in a 100g sealed pack ready to cook.
