Shipston Blue Buffalo Cheese

Shipston Blue Buffalo is a World Cheese Award Winner.

The buffalo milk for this cheese was originally source from a herd of Buffalo from Shipston on Stour hence the name.  But now the dairy has its own buffalo herd in Lancashire but have kept the original name.

The cheese has a delicate flavour with notes of hay and is very creamy due to the high fat content of Buffalo milk.
