Pears – Williams

We have Italian Williams Pears from Modena, Modena is a city in Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region. It’s known for its balsamic vinegar and opera heritage, plus Ferrari and Lamborghini sports cars, but, it is equally famous for its pears and 50% of Italy’s pears are grown in this small region.

When mature but not fully ripe, Williams pears are crunchy, tart, and slightly gritty, but when fully ripe, they develop a juicy, smooth, buttery texture with a sweet flavor.
