Beetroot, Feta and Puy Lentil Salad

This is a delicious, wholesome salad with the earthy beetroot, mellowed out by the feta cheese and the nuttiness of the lentils.

A quick and easy salad to prepare that can stand alone but also goes beautifully with fish, chicken or steaks
