Shepherd’s Purse – Northern Blue

A powerhouse blue cheese with serious credentials. Deliciously creamy and luxuriously more-ish.

Northern Blue was launched in 2019 as the more powerful and more mature brother to Yorkshire Blue. Aged for a minimum of 10 weeks, Shepherd’s Purse  use a stronger strain of Penicillium Roquefort to achieve a more robust blue flavour.
