The vegetarian option of the  Heart-Shaped Ravioli are filled with a luscious blend of creamy ricotta and tender cavolo nero — comforting, elegant and made for sharing. Whole cavolo nero leaves are gently cooked with just a hint of garlic, then folded through fresh ricotta and finely grated Italian cheese to create a smooth, savoury filling that feels indulgent yet beautifully light.
As with all our fresh pasta, the dough is crafted with plenty of free-range eggs, a special blend of 00 and durum wheat flours for the perfect bite.
